The Big Leap Leadership programme is a coaching course designed to help leaders to find their authentic and true leadership style. Incorporating two equine workshops during a 6 month period, you will work with our master horse listener to get immediate and honest feedback on your leadership style and from there, learn new effective ways to get better results.
